Roll call.
Review of minutes of previous meeting.
Financial report. Ending $5967.32
Old Business.
Steve Zaubi sold the most raffle tickets which allowed his son Issac a free 1year membership.
Concession stand will be built. There are just a few details to work out.
The dog park is open, so keep your eyes out for the doggie do.
Committee reports.
Track maintenance.
Money must be used in fenced account.
Asphalt from finish line to staging.
Todd Drage to weld the gate back together on Thursday the 20th.
Check on replacing the gate platform.
Asphalt the third berm.
The polypave is here and needs to be tested on one part of the track.
Check to have Tom Ritz come and redo the track prior to the start of the 06 season.
Sponsorships.
The Bike Shop sponsorship costs at least $250 and all the local shops are on board, Bike Center, Bicycle Unlimited and Fat City.
The Bike Industry sponsorship costs at least $400 and will go out to over 50 companies.
The Corporate sponsorship is still in the works, but will focus on Georgia based companies.

Gate practice will be every Thursday (weather permitting).
November 20th race will have beanies as awards.
Next year rider clinics will be held every month.
PTC BMX will support it’s riders at the 05 Christmas Classic. Was not finalized, but will probably be the same as last year. If a rider earned a LEAP plate at PTC and races for Georgia, they will receive the support.

McDonough elections will take place the weekend after the SE Regional Championship race.
