MINUTES PTCBMX Parents’ Meeting January 10^th , 2009.

1. Roll Call. In attendance Shayne Robinson, Anthony Robinson, Reed Bradford, Claire Camarata, excused Nicolle Beamon ( exams ). Bart Lundy, Jon Sugden, Al Ferri.

2. Minutes of previous meeting presented.

3. Financials presented by Reed Bradford, PTCBMX treasurer. Closing balance of $1861.30. Presidents Cup $1530.00, mailing out Xmas Cards and track rebuild big expenses for the month. Promotional money coming in, so account will grow again.

4. Promotions update from Claire Camarata, social and promo director. Will be picking up sponsorship checks this month . Plastic secured from Ad agency for the track.

5. A) first clinic by Bizzarro February 18^th 6-8pm. Flyers to be distributed soon $25.

B) Evolution have offered clinic $15 any time.

C) Stiles clinic to be announced.

6. Track Business: Update Anthony on PTCBMX TO DO list. NONE

7. Rob Potter and Stacy to host the January 24^th race for us. Reed , Nicolle and Claire to be there early to help out and close up business for the day.

8. Next meeting is February 14^th Presentation to city of PTCBMX business January 26^th . Delayed due to budget meetings.
