Minutes of PTC BMX Parents Association meeting 10/04/08

1. Roll Call: All board members were present minus Treasurer Reed Bradford

2. Meeting called to order at 5:05 pm

3. Shayne did a quick review of financials

4. No current promotions update

5. Track Business:

· No New Current track business

6. Current Board will remain in place

7. Last race of the season will be November 15^th. Looking at possible variation in giveaways.

8. No new questions from the floor

9. Peachtree City will host a regional in July 2009 and McDonough will host a National in February 2009. Once full schedules are out the State schedule will soon follow.
