No left over business from October to discuss.
Financial report on line. Finished October with $8249.13 We purchased a popcorn machine, a commercial blender and a crock pot for the concession stand.
Concession stand has been taken over by Michelle Bradford. She is now in charge of all purchases and day to day operations. Thank you!
PTCBMX to do list is on the website. With the drought there is very little we can do to the track . We are still looking for dirt. The city is planning on bringing in 300gallon tanker of recycled water to help us maintain the track. There will be no changes to the track until water restrictions are lifted.
Banner clean up underway in the tool shed. People are welcome to have any used banner that we toss. Anthony is planning a work day to clean out the tool shed and the tower.
As soon as the Regionals are announced PTCBMX will have their final schedule out.
