PTC Parents Meeting

Meeting called to order at 12:15 pm by Shayne

Roll Call

Review of past minutes

Financial Report – see attached sheet

Beginning Balance $7978.03

Ending Balance $8126.01

New Business:

Elections will be in October. If you are interested in a position, please let us know and we can let you see what the job is about.

Currently the position of Treasurer is available

Reed Bradford, former Treasurer of Hendersonville,NC track has expressed and interest in the position.

Anthony is working on a computerized way to keep the finances

Anthony will be treasurer for the track till the position is filled.

PTC To Do List;

Nothing urgent at this time, but please let Anthony know about minor things.

Wish Anthony luck as he is going to Canada to race in the Worlds.

We did not do the 4^th of July parade due to no volunteers.

Voting was done to decide if there should be a purchase of a popcorn machine and a TV/DVD combo.

It was approved to purchase both items, the vote was unanimous.

Scratch and dent popcorn machine for approximately $300- 400.00

TV/DVD combo 13” for $129.00 20” $220.00

Open Floor

There will be a vote at the next meeting to see if PTC will pay entry fee for Presidents Cup.
