MINUTES OF PTCBMX MEETING JUNE 02,2007

  1. May Regional a success, no parents meeting May.

 

 

  1. Financial report, started out $4684.82 finished the month $7978.03

 

 

  1. State Qualifier. Have requested volunteers. Thank you to those who stepped forward. Please let Shayne know as soon as possible if you are able to commit that day.

 

  1. PTCBMX to do list.  This month remove the moto boards on side of building. Nothing pressing to do on the track.  Our priority is always our volunteers, if you need anything that would make your job easier please let a board member know and we will do our best to make it happen.

 

  1. Will announce night at the movies to view BMX videos at X Playground.

 

  1. July 4th we still need 2 volunteers to co-ordinate this event. Anthony and Shayne will be out of town.

 

  1. Concessions stand will be purchasing a Hot Dog roller. $500.

 

  1. Registration side has purchased a refurbished laptop to run the new NBL program $750. (Old program would not run on Windows XP, new program needs XP.) 

 

  1. No new items. Meeting adjourned and the parent appreciation pizza party followed.
