This just goes to show you this is a sport for everyone and it is getting bigger and bigger.

Track Report: Anthony

Handed out sign up list for the to do list. If you can help please let him know

Paving the berm will be done before the Regional.  It cannot be done unless the weather cooperates and the temperature does not drop below 50 degrees at night for it to cure

PTCBMX now has a MySpace page. It is now up and running for those riders who are 14 or older.  This is great for updates and ideas directly from the teens.  If this becomes a problem it will be stopped. Anthony is in charge of who gets to participate and what gets posted.  This can be updated immediately if things change such as gate practice, unlike the website. Use Hotline on the day of the event.

Competition Congress will be held in Dublin Ohio on Feb 9-11,2007.  This is open to anyone involved in BMX. This is a great way to see what everyone else is doing and swap ideas as well as see what the NBL has done in the past year and what they have planned for the upcoming year.  There are many classes available.  If you are interested in going call Shayne or Anthony who will be going.

Anthony and Shayne have been very involved with trying to get things going and available for the teens in  PTC to have a place to go and hang out and have fun and be safe.  Shayne has been chosen as an alternate for the PTC Recreation Committee, this will allow her to be involved in seeing where all the money goes that is brought into the Parks and Rec Dept and how it is divided up.

Open forum:

Speedway is a work in progress, there will be a yard sale at the McCards home when the weather eases up a little.  If you can help or have anything to donate contact Lou @ loumccard@comcast.net

Remember a concession stand/registration building needs to be built as well as a storage building.  If you can help build or donate materials contact Shayne, Anthony or Rob Potter.

Meeting adjourned @ 4:50 pm
