SEPTEMBER 23, 2006, STATE CHAMPIONSHIP: please pre-register and remember start times 11am-1pm RACE at 2pm.
After the race there will be Cake and Cookies. Then the Awards, Number Plates,
Jerseys and Trophies will be passed out.
Also the STATE VOTING will take place, this year there will be numbered and signed Ballots.

----- PTC is considering moving the start times of our races 1 hour later esp. during the summer, we have had some family members state that it is too hot and/or they can't make it due to the conflicting time with other sports. Making it later will help increase our racing members and not have our riders race during the
midday sun. One concern from our parent members is that they will not have enough time to make it to the other track(McDonough) in time. The McDonough track race does not start until 7pm. and Shayne is more than willing to call and get you pre-registered with there track if you would ask her to.
----PTC can not do many evening races, we are limited to certain days and times we can race, related to conflicts with the amphitheater's Schedule.
-----Looking to start a Winter Series in January. And if Rob’s Track is open we will co-ordinate with his track also. Speedway BMX is planning on having races on Fridays and in the winter on Sundays.
----October, the New PTC Schedule will be out for next year.
----PTC GOAL for # of new riders by the end of this year is aiming for 100. We now have 69 riders. Shayne does try to follow up with lost riders, some have moved on to other sports or moved away, other state the time doesn't work for them.
