Minutes from meeting August 06, 2006

1. Roll call 3.30pm.
2. Finances presented by Candy Gore Maret. July beginning balance $2743.33, ending balance $2465.05
3. By-laws were approv ed and amended to read any member who attends 50% or more of the parents’ meetings is eligible to vote.
4. Track report by Anthony. Need volunteers to lay sod August 25^th 6pm-8pm.

Track grooming needed after heavy rains. Please come out and help.

PTCBMX to do list is on the website. Pease feel free to contact Anthony if you are able to help with any of the work on the list.

Asphalting of 3^rd berm to be done hopefully by November. Optional concreting not viable.

5. October 7^th Ride-a-thon forms handed out. Goal is $2000.00.
