Minutes of PTCBMX Parents Monthly meeting on June 10th,
2006.
1)
For the financial report, we made an operating profit of approx. $100. All
the money goes back into the track and facility improvements.
2) State Qualifier Product Raffle made $365, 50/50 raffle made $65.00..
We had 107 Riders at our State Qualifier Round 1, in
to Go.
3) Paving the 3rd berm will cost approx.
2200.00 we are looking for
sponsors.
4) the concession stand counter tops are
completed, and David from Amelia Fusion will also be
doing the floors to match the counter tops. This should look very nice when it
is completed.
5) Bizzarro and Stileman
clinic went well. Thank's to all our riders who
participated.
Track Report: Thank You for everyone’s help, the Track looks very good, with
out everyones help this would not be possible.
The dates for Help will be posted on the web site. For poly paving the
Track, Mr. Anthony Robinson Track Director will set dates.
July 8th: Open House - Riders get free Ice Cream.
During the July 4th parade, riders
will pass out flyers for free race on 8th July.
Oct 7th plan on Bike-A-Thon / Soldier Ride: Child raises money $1.00/Lap in
30 minutes see how many laps he/she can do. Please
offer ideas for prizes. The
money will go for injured Soldiers.
50% to the track and 50% to the solders.
