Minutes of the Meeting April 01, 2006

In attendance: Shayne Robinson, Anthony Robinson, Candy Gore-Maret, Brian Negrette, Carol McCard, Lou McCard, Cliff and Anna Andrews, Lorene Broomfield, Bart Lundy.

1. Roll call.
2. Financial presented by Candy. Beginning Balance $2556.39, closing balance $2827.12 See details on website.
3. Track volunteers always needed before racing and Anthony will update hotline when working on track with specific needs. Track shaping up nicely after the rebuild.
4. Volunteer and parent appreciation cookout April 16^th following race. Parents please bring a side dish to share, track will supply burgers, buns and drinks.
5. Bike-a-thon chair person needed. Please contact Shayne 678 770-1750 if you are interested in chairing this event.
6. May 13^th Touch a truck event we have exclusive on vending. Volunteers needed in concession on a 2 hour rotation beginning from 9am thru’ 4pm. Please speak to Shayne if you can help. Regular racing at the same time 12-1.30pm gate practice. And reg. Race at 2pm.
