AGENDA FOR PTCBMX PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION MEETING November 03, 2007

-         Discussion of  Vice President 2008 position. (promotions/sponsorships)

-         New race schedule presented.  RACING STARTS JANUARY  12TH 2008

-         Sponsorships Maxxis Tires and Bicycles Unlimited confirmed. Monster Energy Drink to support the track as well.

-         Supercross offer of 5 bicycles per track to promote BMX at cost!!!!  Idea to use one as a prize for the person who brings the most buddies in one month!  State Qualifier as raffle item and State Championship.

-         LEAP program MP3 announcement official. Top 3 in each category, Rookie, novice, expert, Girls and Cruiser will win an MP 3 player.

-         3 clinics planned for next year. Colin Stiles, Bizzarro and Kovachi.  Make a day of it and plan a parents cookout that day as well.  Claire to co-ordinate this with Michelle.

-         Claire to promote one fun event a month at the track.  Backwards racing, boxer short relay, team tire changing challenges, etc. Plan a local sponsor for  winners for each month.

-         Jan/Feb.asphalting and brick paving of concession stand to take place.  Volunteers needed to prep area.

-         Wes to put in ceiling fans .

-         Need a contractor to fence in the sides of staging!!!!

-         Still need soil for the track, any ideas.

-         Looking for 2nd hand four wheeler, our budget is $1000 -$1500 or LESS!
