·        Bike-A-Thon  sponsorship program. Review format, comments, and set date.

·        Staging training.  Need announcements to be made by Tim during racing and mini staging class prior to racing.  See attached format to be posted on moto board each time.  Comments and suggestions welcome.

·        June 3rd State Qualifier volunteer list to be finalized for official positions.

·        Regular floater volunteer positions to be filled, please wear your PTCBMX volunteer t shirts.

·        May 20th pit bike race to follow main racing of the day. 9/under 10 -14  and 15 and 0ver groups. Prizes at the concession stand.

·        May 21st Bizzarro clinic, remind our riders.

·        June 6th need volunteers to host Colin Stiles clinic.  Robinson family away on vacation.

·        Schedule date of Open House.

·        Purchases of beverage cart and popcorn machine

·        Fundraiser garage sale for money for paving.
